I’m delighted to be collaborating with Donna McDonald to bring you this workshop designed to gladden your world weary hearts. In this inimate small group setting you’ll have the opportunity to unwind, relax and discover the meditative effects of artful engagement.

Donna McDonald used her creative energies as a social worker, government policy advisor, university academic, scholar, writer, and more recently as an artist and arts psychotherapist to explore and bear witness to what she has experienced, seen and learned in the areas of health, disability, housing, community and environmental wellbeing, arts and culture.

Lisa Behan works as a creative collaborator. She has been studying the ways that art can have a positive impact on health with a focus on the calming and restorative benefits of nature. With a deep concern for the rise of anxiety in our hyper-connected world her work strives to enrich society with the solace of natural patterns and rhythms. Lisa works with a poetic and intuitive confidence, discovering purpose through creating universal images that nurture a sense of calm and wellbeing.
